Reflections on Hyderabad Twin Blasts: How Long Will Muslims Take To Feel That They Truly Belong To India?
Governments do not know that it’s only ordinary citizens who die first in terrorist attack!
How will you define the separatist feelings in Indian Muslims? How long will they take to feel that they truly belong to India? Have you ever visited Muslim locality during India-Pakistan Match? They celebrate Pakistan’s victory as if Pakistan has gained something incredible. They never celebrate it in sportsmanship style. In fact, I also, being a cricket lover, feel happy if Pakistan wins after displaying good strategies. However, that’s not the way Muslim celebrate it. It’s a different celebration altogether. It speaks volume about their mindset. They are Muslims first and nationalists later.
Before I proceed further, it would be interesting to read what a conscious Indian thinks about blasts which hit Hyderabad on Febuary 21, 2013:
“Arvindji, Pakistan keenly wants Hindu-Muslim riots in India to destabilize India and malign our image in front of international community. They want Hindus and Muslims to fight with each other. If a riot happens, Pakistan will blame India for torturing Muslims. If a riot happens then Indians will suffer and Pakistan will be very happy. If India wages a war against Pakistan, then also India has much to lose. A war will destroy our economic growth. Pakistan, whose economy is in shatters, has not much to loose.India needs a powerful and independent agency, formed jointly by state and centre, which must work to build a strong internal security and intelligence gathering system. India has to prepare itself to fight against foes who are hidden among us.” ( Prasanjit Saha, Hyderabad)
Very well said, my dear conscious Indian! We have always suffered because we always dared to read the intentions of enemy lightly. That’s why traitors like Mir Zafar, hand-in-glove, with foreign powers ensured that India became battle ground for dubious foreign powers in past! The right strategy is that we should crush the enemy to an extent that it dares not make an attempt to give force to divisive forces. Our decency is seen as weakness even as it win friends in International circles. Safety of our individuals is first than ensuring that we have friends in foreign lands. That should be our top priority. If our people are dying like street dogs, then to have happy face is cowardice and sin.
You can control an enemy- a simple enemy. But how will you control an enemy with a dubious mindset. The problem with Muslims is not that they are Muslims. It’s more about their mindset. How would you change that? That too when government at Centre, is lame duck, which refuses to see problems pertaining to Muslims as threat to national integrity. Obviously, it’s all about politics to retain power. However, in this great game the victims are ordinary citizens, who have no other desire than to live dignified life, peaceful life.
How will you ensure who is friend and who is foe when foes appear in form of friends? In Hindi you have better term to express it: “Genhu ke Sath Ghun Bhi Pis Jaate Hai” ( Few good people also die in an attempt to eliminate the enemy).This situation would not have arisen unless the members of Muslim community had given clear indication of their intentions that they in no way identify with negative forces operating within their community.So it’s a catch 22 situation. Isn’t it? The intelligence reports, which government dares not to make it public, or rather citizens are not conscious enough to read it, or else it would have given insights how the home grown terrorists are operating from one corner of the nation to another remote part of the nation.
“According to IB reports, the ISI has set up strong modules of the Lashkar-e-Tayiba in the Gulf. The Oman module is also very strong and directly connected to the modules in Kerala. ..The annual remittance through hawala channels into Kerala is a whopping Rs 20,000 crore. This figure tells the story of a state, which has today become a hub for extremists….The National Investigating Agency, which has its eyes on this state, has also found that large sums of money, which has been pumped in from the Gulf, had been used to execute the blasts at Delhi, Bengaluru and also at Ahmedabad.”
Worse, how can you ignore the fact that there are many who see a strong intelligence as a threat for secular fabric of this nation? They are the ones who will immediately give way to propaganda via International media that it’s a move to terrorize minorities. See it in light of human rights violation allegations heaped upon security forces operating in Kashmir!! It’s anybody’s guess that with this sort of political will and dismal scenario, the war against terror is not on the right track. It’s time to tackle divisive forces with iron hand, to ensure a safe future for India, better future for India.

भारतीय गणतंत्र: गुंडों और अय्याशो पे टिका एक भीड़तंत्र

कहते तो है कि भारतीय गणतंत्र बड़ी उम्मीदें जगाता है विश्व के उन कोनो में जहाँ और सरकारें तमाम तरीको के विरोधाभासों में लिपटी हुई है। उनके लिए भारत में गणतंत्र का लोप एक खतरे के घंटी से कम नहीं है। खासकर जब चीन से तुलना की जाती है तो ये जरूर दर्शा दिया जाता है कि वह पे कितनी दमनकारी व्यवस्था है जहा लोगो पे जुर्म तो होते है, लोगो को सताया तो जाता है लेकिन सेंसरशिप की वजह से कुछ सामने नहीं आ पाता। पडोसी मुल्क पाकिस्तान में फैली अराजकता को देखे जो वैश्विक आतंकवाद का पालन पोषण करने वाला है तो अपना देश किसी स्वर्ग से कम नहीं लगता। तो क्या परिस्थितयां वाकई इस देश में इतनी सुधरी है? लगता तो नहीं है अगर हम सूक्ष्म निगाहों से देखे तो।
इसकी एक वजह ये है कि इस देश में सरकार जरूर आम लोगो के दम से बनती है लेकिन उसका आम लोगो के दुःख दर्द से इसका कोई सरोकार नहीं। एक दिखावटी लगाव जरूर है लेकिन वह मूलतः अपने को सत्ता में बनाये रखने भर का जुगाड़ भर है बस। ये कैसी बिडम्बना है कि जिस सरकार ने गरीबी हटाओ का लक्ष्य दिया उसी ने इमरजेंसी भी थोपी इस देश में। सारी संवैधानिक संस्थाओ को जानबूझकर कमजोर किया गया। ये उस सरकार के द्वारा किया गया जिसके नुमाइन्दे आज लोगो के सुरक्षा का दम भरते है। हमारी भोली जनता जनार्दन फटी शर्ट में हाथ में मोबाईल लिए ये समझती है कि हम किसी सुनहरी दुनिया में प्रवेश करने वाले है भविष्य में। इस मृग मरीचिका में भारत वासी उलझे हुए है। क्रिकेट, लौंडिया, बेतहाशा पैसा कमाने का जूनून किसी भी कीमत पर ये हमारे देश के नेशनल पैशन है। लोगो को की इस बात से परवाह नहीं है कि उनकी चमचमाती गाड़ी गाली गलौज, खुले मैनहोल और गड्ढो में सड़क पर चल रही है बढ़ी हुई पेट्रोल के कीमतों के साथ ही बढती रफ़्तार के साथ।
मार्कंडेय काटजू, भूतपूर्व सुप्रीम कोर्ट जज, लोगो को मूढ़ तो मानते है लेकिन ये जरूर दर्शा देते है कि साहब इस देश में असल शासन तो सिर्फ आम जनता का ही है। उनके हिसाब से यहाँ राजशाही नहीं प्रजातन्त्र है जहा हर अधिकारी जिसमे नेता और जज भी शामिल है आम आदमी का गुलाम भर है। ये नौकर है और आम आदमी उनका “मास्टर” है। जैसे काटजू साहब लोगो की क्षुद्र मानसिकता पर सवाल उठाते है उसी तरह मुझे भी समझ में नहीं आता कि इनके इतने हसीन इंटरप्रिटेशन को, इतने सिम्प्लिस्टिक अप्प्रोच को किस निगाहों से देखा जाए जहा पे किसी ख़ास पार्टी के गुंडे इसलिए पुलिस अधिकारी को अपनी जीप के पीछे लखनऊ के सडको पर घसीटते हुए ले गए थें कि उसने प्रतिरोध किया था उनके गलत तरीको का। या कोई अदना सा पुलिस का कांस्टेबल भी किसी प्रोफेसर को सडको पर माँ बहन की गालिया दे सकता है जरा सी बात पर। तो आम आदमी को क्या इज्ज़त मिलती होगी सरकारी चमचो से ये सहज ही सोचा जा सकता है। आप भी सोचे कि हमारा गणतंत्र कितना वास्तविक है जो मेरी नज़रो में अय्याशो और गुंडों पे टिका भीड़तंत्र है । धूमिल की ये पंक्तिया आज भी बहुत सटीक बैठती है:
“हर तरफ धुआं है
हर तरफ कुहासा है
जो दांतों और दलदलों का दलाल है
वही देशभक्त है
अंधकार में सुरक्षित होने का नाम है-
तटस्थता। यहां
कायरता के चेहरे पर
सबसे ज्यादा रक्त है।
जिसके पास थाली है
हर भूखा आदमी
उसके लिए, सबसे भद्दी
गाली है
हर तरफ कुआं है
हर तरफ खाईं है
यहां, सिर्फ, वह आदमी, देश के करीब है
जो या तो मूर्ख है
या फिर गरीब है”
जस्टिस काटजू: आम आदमी मास्टर है और सरकारी अफसर/नेता उसके ग़ुलाम है प्रजातंत्र/गणतंत्र में। कितना सही है वो वास्तविक धरातल पर?

That’s Mumbai 26/11 Reeling Under The Impact Of Islamic Terrorism
Well, we Indians are always desperate to elicit happiness from even the most insignificant happenings. That too when almost every alternate day, we are involved in this or that celebration. Have taste of the recent cause of celebration: Terrorist Ajmal Kasab, the lone surviving Pakistani terrorist of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, hanged till death. Is this news worthy of receiving that much attention, the way Indian mainstream newspapers flashed it on their front pages, highlighting the jubilant mood which prevailed in the nation in aftermath of the death of Kasab? It was turned into an event as if India had carved a defining moment in world history at that point of time. It appeared as if our always tight-lipped PM Manmohan Singh, started roaring like a true lion, with deafening intensity! Let me make it very clear, instead of putting it figuratively, that we need to intercept critical issues not in light of such minor gains. Instead of going overboard with such idiotic style of celebration, let’s learn to delve deep into resultant implications, when the issue pertains to sensitive issues.
The mainstream media is guilty of projecting the whole episode the wrong way. It first informed us about in a sensational style, the high level of secrecy maintained by the people involved in hanging process of Ajmal Kasab, adding that it was carried under the direct supervision of Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, making the whole process bear close resemblance with Laden’s killing by USA, which was perfectly executed under the supervision of Barack Obama. Such colouring is absolutely out of place. Next we are informed by some sections of media about the high level of commitment of this UPA government, caught between the devil and the deep blue sea most of the time, in keeping at bay the threats imposed by terrorism. Isn’t mainstream media guilty of first giving rise to such flawed contrast in covert manner, and later, projecting it as some sort of moral victory for the government?
That’s certainly not the case. The death of Kasab got brutally delayed because of the slow judicial process, as he had been declared guilty way back in 2008. It would not be hard to imagine that government would have spent huge amount of taxpayers’ money in providing him great security, in offering food and lodging. So is there any merit in celebrations which took place? Does this government, failure on every front deserve any credit? If it’s that committed to send strong signals to Islamic terrorists, what’s the reason of delaying the death of 2001 Parliament attack death row convict Afzal Guru? If it’s that alert to avoid fresh attacks, why the same loopholes prevail, in measures concerned with internal security, which prevailed at the time of Mumbai attack? The commoners are still susceptible to same threats and a fresh attack remains a great probability. So isn’t our happiness misplaced?
This paid media, sponsored by vested interests, is corrupting the sensibilities of average readers by such crass sensationalism of minor happenings. It’s trying to deviate away our attention from more pertinent concerns- the real issues. It’s weakening our ability to frame any issue in right perspective. Such crass reporting of vain developments is no less than sweet poison, rendering ineffective the impact caused by uneasy questions. Let me put the record straight. I am not ardent fan of Bal Thackeray, but I must admit that I liked his view that these dreaded terrorists do not need convictions after such lengthy trials. On the contrary, they need to be immediately shot dead. I mean what’s the point in subjecting a terrorist to trial, who was caught live on cameras killing people in cold blooded manner, with no sign of remorse, tainted with sadistic pleasure? But you ensured that he dies only after rejection of his mercy petition by the President- a petition which is never meant for such people! Never forget that had dedicated team lawyers under the headship of Ujjawal Nikam, didn’t pursue the case with that much sincerity, it would have simply not been possible to ensure conviction of such dreaded criminal.
In light of such facts, it’s really hard to believe that death of Ajmal Kasab highlights the strong commitment on part of the weak UPA government to erase Islamic terrorism from Indian land. The slow process involved in the elimination of such dangerous minds is only indicative of its lackadaisical approach and any conscious observer shall never treat it as sign of strong will. Strong will gets depicted when you get involved in serious manhunt of dreaded terrorist for years and kill him on the spot-the way USA killed Laden. Strong will gets projected when you ensure the killings of dictators by attacking a nation despite huge protests, sacrificing lives of so many of our own people. The targeted drone attacks engineered by CIA’s programme, in various parts of Pakistan’s tribal heartland, is what truly represents will to eliminate dangerous minds! The strong commitment becomes evident when you ensure that such lethal attacks become a remote possibility, and for that you ensure that even foreign dignitaries have the taste of tough measures. It’s better this government stops fooling people, boasting of its so-called commitment.
Let me bring into light some of the important aspects related with hanging till death of Ajmal Kasab, which the mainstream media deliberately kept it away from the focal point of an average reader’s eyes, blocking him to form a substantial perspective. In a news item published in The Hindu, it was reported, citing recent UN General Assembly’s human rights committee’s resolution calling for a global moratorium on the death penalty, that ‘execution was an “unconstitutional act” of the State’. The Amnesty International, like always reacting in hypersensitive way in India related affairs, wondered about “unusual speed with which the mercy petition was rejected’, labeling it as something that would give rise to a “dangerous precedent”. The Kafila publications, best place for anti-India secularists to publish their outburst, taking a similar stance as one taken by The Hindu, stated that “the very fact that Kasab had indeed committed an unpardonable crime is what renders him eligible for mercy”. One writer, belonging to the same publication, went ahead in unleashing his frustration, termed the jubilant mood of the victim’s families of 26/11 as “barbaric”. I am die-hard champion of freedom of expression but I wish to know do such anti-India sentiments constitute freedom of expression? Very recently, a cartoonist was sent to jail for dishonouring national symbols and this writer is interested in knowing from the government what actions has it taken to stop such publications from repeatedly hurting the national pride?
Almost challenging the so-called commitment of this UPA government, just after the execution of Ajmal Kasab, the commander of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) was quick in communicating his intentions to news agency Reuters: “He was a hero and will inspire other fighters to follow his path.” The news of Kasab execution came as a bolt from the blue for the Taliban leaders in Pakistan who were badly hurt that a “Muslim has been hanged on Indian soil”. If that was not enough, Pakistan’s failure to keep its promises intact of acting against perpetrators of the 2008 Mumbai terror attack has only added fuel to the fire. It still insists on not having enough evidences sustainable in court, which is a blatant lie in eyes of India, as it had already presented enough concrete evidences. Strangely, a major political party in Pakistan, headed by cricketer turned politician, Imran Khan, has demanded the hanging of Indian prisoner Sarabjit Singh. Such a knee jerk reaction is enough to suggest the level of derailment of Pakistani leaders.
In a shocking disclosure in The Economic Times, B Raman, additional secretary (retd), Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India, virtually shattering the myths spread by the Government that it’s fully prepared to counteract terrorism iron-hand way, stated that “we were a soft state before 26/11 and we continue to be a soft state after 26/11 and the execution of Kasab”. The government, I am sure would take political mileage, but it would be better for it, if it pays attention to words of sensible minds like B Raman and take appropriate measures, instead of fooling the people with help of mainstream media with rhetoric and crass sentimentality. “Kasab is no more, but the jihadi terrorist threat posed by the state of Pakistan and its non-state creations remain as serious as before. We need a comprehensive counter-terrorism strategy to deal this. We do not see any signs of it so far.” (B Raman) What’s the point in feeling glad, after the execution of Kasab, when it has utterly failed to put right pressure on Pakistan to heed its line of action?
Let’s stop being swayed by such misplaced emotions. The citizens of India should not be influenced by such rhetoric, and, instead, put pressure on government to ensure its safety in a proper way. It should replace this government with one which better suits the destiny of nation, allowing better rulers to be in the driver’s seat. The country needs few more souls like Indira Gandhi, K P S Gill and Jagmohan, to name a few, to teach fitting lesson to dangerous organisations like Indian Mujahideen (IM), aided and funded by foreign nations including Pakistan. That’s why it becomes imperative for citizens to use their voting rights sensibly, and a failure in this regard, only ensures an unstable future. So ‘wake up sid’ it’s now a do or die situation! Act before it’s too late.
Killing The Petty Criminal Means Nothing, Kill Their Commander!

जब आम आदमी से आतंकवाद का फासला कम हो तो एक कसाब के हलाक़ होने पे जश्न व्यर्थ है
आम आदमी उतना ही डरा, सहमा है और आतंकी निशाने पे उसी तरह है जैसा कि पहले था। तो ये हम खुश किस बात पर हो रहे है?
हम भारतीयों का तीज त्योहारों से लगता है जी नहीं भरता है तभी तो एक दो कौड़ी के शख्स के मरने पर इतनी ख़ुशी व्याप्त है जैसे सिकंदर को विश्व विजय पर भी न हुई होगी। उस पर ये फटीचर भारतीय मेनस्ट्रीम मीडिया, जिसमे हिंदी के अखबार तो प्रमुख रूप से शामिल है, इस खबर को ऐसे कैश कर रहे है, जो कि इनकी आदत है, जैसे प्रधानमन्त्री मनमोहन सिंह ने चुप्पी तोड़कर दमदार आवाज में बोलना प्रारंभ कर दिया हो। क्यों हम व्यर्थ के खुश होने के आदी हो चुके है। खुश होने के बजाय हमे पूरे प्रकरण को बहुत ही गंभीरता और सूक्ष्मता से समझने की जरूरत है। हमे उस तरह से इस को सनसनीखेज तरीके से नहीं समझना चाहिए जैसा कि मेनस्ट्रीम मीडिया चाहता है कि हम समझे। आप देखे कि मेनस्ट्रीम मीडिया इस खबर को, खासकर हिंदी के अख़बार जो ग्रामीण परिवेश में ज्यादा पढ़े जाते है, इस खबर को मुख्य पृष्ठ पर इस तरह छापा है जैसे कि बैराक ओबामा ने लादेन को ढूंढकर मार डालने वाली कारवाई की थी अपने निगरानी में।
लेकिन यहाँ ऐसा कुछ नहीं था। बल्कि एक लचर न्यायिक प्रक्रिया के चलते एक ऐसे आदमी को जिसको चार साल पहले ही मर जाना चाहिए था को फांसी चार साल बाद हुई। इस चार साल में न जाने कितना सरकारी पैसा इसको खिलाने पिलाने और इसकी तगड़ी सुरक्षा व्यस्था में खर्च हुआ होगा जो कुछ और नहीं आप और हमसे लिया गया टैक्स था। लेकिन दर्शाया ये जा रहा है जैसे कांग्रेस सरकार कितनी प्रतिबद्ध है आतंकवाद के खात्मे के प्रति कि उसके लगभग हर मोर्चे पे नाकाम प्रधानमंत्री ने कोई बहुत बढ़ी फतह हासिल कर ली हो। अगर इतनी ही प्रतिबद्ध है तो अफज़ल को इसके पहले मर जाना चाहिए था, हमारी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को पहले से और सुदृढ़ किया जा चूका होता पर हमारा सुरक्षा तंत्र आज भी उतना ही लचर है जितना बम्बई पर हमले के समय था। आम आदमी उतना ही डरा, सहमा है और आतंकी निशाने पे उसी तरह है जैसा कि पहले था। तो ये हम खुश किस बात पर हो रहे है?
ये बिका हुआ मीडिया हमें असल मुद्दों से हटाकर गुमराह कर रहा है। आपको स्वीट पाइजन देकर इन भ्रामक खबरों के जरिये आपसे असल सवालात करने की काबिलियत को छीन रहा है। बाल ठाकरे से हम भले ही नफरत करते हो, मै भी उग्र विचारधारा का होने के कारण समर्थक नहीं हूँ ठाकरे की विचारधारा का, पर उसकी ये बात पते की है कि इन आतंकवादियों को पकड़ो और वही शूट कर दो। जो खुले आम गोली चलाता दिख रहा हो, जिसके चेहरे पर कुटिल मुस्कान थी लोगो को छलनी करते वक्त उसको आपने ट्राइल के जरिये चार साल बाद मारा और वो भी तब जब राष्ट्रपति ने दया याचिका खारिज कर दिया तब। और ये भी तब संभव हुआ जब उज्जवल निकम जैसे वकीलों ने रात दिन एक कर डाला कि कोई बिंदु छूटने न पाए। ये हमारी कमजोरी को दर्शा रहा ना कि हमारी प्रतिबद्धता को। प्रतिबद्धता तब झलकती है जब लादेन को अमेरिका मारता है ढूंढ के बिना किसी ट्राइल के, जब सद्दाम को मारा जाता है अपने कितने सैनिको की कुर्बानी के बाद, जब आप दूसरे के देश में ड्रोन हमले करते है क्योकि इनको मारना आपकी जरुरत बन गयी है, और हमले फिर ना हो आपके यहाँ सुरक्षा तंत्र इतना सख्त हो कि वक्त पड़ने पर दूसरे देश के राजनयिक को भी नंगा करके तलाशी लिया जा सके और कोई कुछ ना कर सके। ये कहलाती है प्रतिबद्धता!
सरकार की प्रतिबद्धता को लगभग चुनौती देते हुएँ लश्करे-ए-तोइबा के कमांडर ने फ़ोन पर एक न्यूज़ एजेंसी को ये बताया कि कसाब उनका हीरो है और भविष्य में ऐसे और हीरो पैदा होंगे। पाकिस्तान में तालिबान मूवमेंट के संचालक को भी गहरा सदमा लगा है कि एक मुसलमान भारत की धरती पर इस तरह हलाक़ हो गया है। और इधर पाकिस्तान की विदेश मंत्री अभी भी इस नौटंकी में लिप्त है कि हमको भारत वो सबूत दे जो कोर्ट में साबित किये जा सके तो हम किसी ठोस कार्यवाही को अंजाम दे। और इधर भारत का कहना है कि हमने तो सब सबूत पहले ही उपलब्ध करा दिया है। इन सब के बीच इमरान खान की पार्टी ने कसाब की मृत्यु को दिल पर लेते हुएं“टेरोरिस्ट” सरबजीत सिंह को तुरंत फांसी पर लटकाने की मांग कर डाली है। ये देखिये पाकिस्तान की आतंकवाद से लड़ने की दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति का नमूना कि सरबजीत सिंह ”टेरोरिस्ट” है पर कसाब सिर्फ “गनमैन” था। और भारतीय सेक्युलर अखबार द हिन्दू की माने तो भूख और गरीबी से पैदा हुआ बेचारा।
द इकनोमिक टाइम्स में छपे कैबिनेट स्तर के भूतपूर्व भारतीय अधिकारी बी रमन का लेख आतंकवाद से लड़ने के हमारे दावो की पोल खोल के रख देता है।इस वरिष्ठ अधिकारी का कहना है कि हम 26/11 के पहले भी सॉफ्ट स्टेट थें, 26/11 के बाद भी है और कसाब के मृत्यु के बाद भी वही है। ये सरकार सिर्फ इसका राजनैतिक लाभ लेगी ये भूलकर कि इंडियन मुजाहिदीन के द्वारा हर प्रमुख शहरों में स्लीपर सेल्स आज भी ऑपरेट कर रहे है। इस अधिकारी का ये कहना है जब तक इस षड़यंत्र से जुड़े सारे दोषियों को नहीं सजा दी जाती, उस पूरे ढाँचे को ध्वस्त नहीं किया जाता जिसके आका पाकिस्तान में बैठे है तब तक एक कसाब के मरने से क्या होगा और अफ़सोस यही है कि इस सरकार ने पाकिस्तान पर कोई कारगर दवाब नहीं बनाया।
सो एक कसाब के मरने पर हम खुश क्यों है? इतना मुझे पता है कि इस आतंकवाद नाम के दानव को खत्म करने के लिए जिसको ईधन पाकिस्तान से मिलता है तब तक नहीं खत्म होगा जब तक इंदिरा गांधी जैसी बोल्ड राजनयिक का साथ जनरल सैम मानेकशा/ के पी एस गिल/जगमोहन जैसे कुशल अधिकारी के साथ गठजोड़ नहीं होता है। इस ढुलमुल नीति वाले सरकार जो एक घोटाले से दूसरे घोटाले तक बिन पैंदी के लोटे की तरह लुढ़क रही है इससें कोई क्या उम्मीद रखे? तब तक जनता जनार्दन ऐसे ही किसी हमले के लिए तैयार रहे। या फिर उस सरकार को चुने जो कसाबो और अफ्ज़लो को पनपने का मौका ही ना दे।
तो ये है इस देश का माहौल कि ऐसे बुद्धिजीवी है जो कसाब की मौत को असंवैधानिक तक बता डाल रहे है। आप आतंकवाद से क्या ख़ाक लड़ेंगे?

भीड़ का मनोविज्ञान: अन्धो के देश में काने राजा बन कर उभरते है!
इस का मतलब ये नहीं कि मै बाल ठाकरे की नीति या राजनीति का समर्थक हूँ। कतई नहीं। लेकिन एक ठाकरे को कोसना मै जायज़ नहीं मानता क्योकि इस हमाम में कौन नंगा नहीं? तो सिर्फ ठाकरे से घृणा क्यों? सिर्फ ठाकरे से दूरी क्यों?
इसके पहले मै बाल ठाकरे की शोक यात्रा में उमड़ी भीड़ के बारे में कुछ कहूँ ये समझ लेना आवश्यक रहेगा कि प्रजातंत्र में संख्या बल बड़ा मायने रखता है।प्रजातंत्र का आधार ही यही है कि जिसके पीछे जनता वही हीरो बाकी सब जीरो अब चाहे उसने नंगा करके अपने को भीड़ जुटाई है या सबको दारू रुपैय्या बाँट कर। पर भीड़ के दम पर ही लोकतंत्र चलता है अब चाहे जनप्रिय नेता की बात भीड़ के बीच में बैठे कल्लू को या मंच पे बैठे सेठ किरोड़ीमल को समझ में आ रही हो या ना आ रही हो इससें किसी को क्या मतलब। भीड़ में है यही बहुत है। यही लोकतंत्र का माडल है जिसकी लाठी उसकी भैंस, और जिसके पास सबसे ज्यादा लाठी उसके पास पूरा देश।
इस तर्क के हिसाब से चले तो अल्पसंख्यको के दम पर राजनीति करने वालो के मुंह पर ठाकरे साहब मर कर भी कस कर तमाचा लगाने से नहीं चूँके। बाल ठाकरे का मै कोई प्रशंसक नहीं क्योकि मूलतः मै उग्र विचारधारा का समर्थक नहीं हूँ क्योकि उग्रता इस देश का स्वभाव कभी नहीं रहा है। लेकिन आसुरी प्रवत्ति से लैस बढ़ते लोगो का झुण्ड, अल्पसंख्यको के नाम पर होते रोज तमाशे, हिन्दुओ में फैलती कायरता के चलते तहत ये आवश्यक हो गया है कि कुछ शेरदिल नेता पैदा तो हो जो अपनी दहाड़ से कम से कम हिन्दुओ का उत्साह तो कायम रख सके नहीं तो कोई लालटेन जलाकर, कोई हाथी भागकर, कोई साइकिल दौड़ाकर जनता को नित प्रतिदिन बेवकूफ बना कर भीड़ जुटा रहा है। ऐसे में कोई देश को बाटने वाली विभाजनकारी ताकतों को को उनकी ही भाषा में जवाब देकर भीड़ जुटा गया तो इसमें हो हल्ला मचाने की क्या जरूरत है। इसमें इतना आश्चर्यचकित कर देने वाली क्या बात है।
क्या इसके पहले भीड़ जुटते नहीं देखी किसी ने? आप ने चुनाव की रैली नहीं देखी क्या? मुफ्त में लखनऊ आयेंगे और नेताजी का भाषण सुने ना सुने चिड़ियाघर में शेर के दर्शन करना नहीं भूलेंगे। अगले दिन अखबार में नेताजी का कहिन और भीड़ की फोटु दोनों मौजूद होंगे। और पीछे जाए भारत छोड़ो आन्दोलन में लगभग पूरा देश उमड़ पड़ा था। जय प्रकाश नारायण के आहवान पर क्या भीड़ नहीं उमड़ी थी? खैर उस भीड़ के तत्त्व अलग थें। इस इक्कीसवी सदी के भारत में जब सब नेता स्विस बैंक प्रेमी हो गए है, जब नेता गरीबी को नहीं गरीब को ही हटा दे रहे है, आतंकवादी नेताओ का शह पाकर सलाखों के पीछे बिरयानी काट रहे है तो ऐसे में भीड़ के होने के मायने भी बदल गए है।
वैसे आश्चर्य है कि बहुत से लोग ठाकरे को साम्प्रदायिक राजनीति करने वाला, उकसाने वाली राजनीति करने का आरोपी मानते है इसलिए अछूत मानते हुए अल्संख्यको की नज़रो में सेक्युलर बनने के लिए शोक यात्रा में नहीं शामिल हुएँ। मै इन विवेकी नेताओ से ये जानना चाहूँगा कि कौन सा नेता सही राजनीति कर रहा है? कौन नहीं राजनीति की दूकान चला रहा है? तो शुचिता का पाठ ठाकरे या मोदी जैसे हिन्दू नेताओ पर ही क्यों लागू होता है? तो क्या अलगाववादी नेता जो कश्मीर में पंडितो को मारकर, भगाकर आज़ादी मांग रहे है इनके नेता के शोक सभा में होना चाहिए? या इन नेताओ के शोक सभा में होना चाहिए जो सबसे मेहनती मजदूर के नाम पर राजनीति कर रहे है। मजदूर तो वही झुग्गी झोपड़ी वाले रहे लेकिन ट्रेड यूनियन के नेता एयर कंडिशन्ड केबिनो में जा पहुंचे। तो इन नेताओ के मरने पर भीड़ जुटनी चाहिये? या इन “हाथ की सफाई” वाले नेताओ के मरने पर मजमा लगना चाहिए जिनके कुकर्मो की लिस्ट इतनी लम्बी है कि यमराज के आफिसवाले वाले भी ना पढ़ पाए अगर चाहे तो। या राम लला के नाम पर सत्ता पाने वाले वाले पर राम को ही पीछे धकिया कर राजनीति करने वाले नेताओ के मरने पे भीड़ होनी चाहिए? तो ये बाल ठाकरे की शोकयात्रा में उमड़ी भीड़ पर जलने वाले, कुढने वाले, दूर रहने वाले जलते रहे, कुढ़ते रहे, सर नोचते रहे है।
बाल ठाकरे इन धर्म निरपेक्ष नेताओ से अच्छा नेता था। कम से कम उसका असली चेहरा सामने था। उसने नकाब ओढ़कर राजनीति नहीं की। पीठ पीछे घात लगाकर हमला नहीं किया। जो भी किया खुल कर सामने किया। यहाँ का खाकर कठमुल्लों की तरह विदेशी ताकतों की जय नहीं करता था। धर्म निरपेक्ष बनकर बिरयानी तो नहीं काटता था उन आतंकवादियों के साथ जो निरीह लोगो को हलाक करते थें। इस का मतलब ये नहीं कि मै बाल ठाकरे की नीति या राजनीति का समर्थक हूँ। कतई नहीं। लेकिन एक ठाकरे को कोसना मै जायज़ नहीं मानता क्योकि इस हमाम में कौन नंगा नहीं? तो सिर्फ ठाकरे से घृणा क्यों? सिर्फ ठाकरे से दूरी क्यों?
रही भीड़ की बात। तो मेरी नज़रो में भीड़ का आना ख़ास महत्त्व नहीं। कल शाहरुख खान इलाहाबाद में रंडी टाइप का ठुमका लगा जाए तो उजड्ड नौजवानों की बेकाबू भीड़ लगेगी चीखने चिल्लाने? तो क्या शाहरूख खान को मै इस भीड़ प्रदर्शन के बल पर पर बहुत बड़ा अभिनेता मान लूं? या कल को कोई ईमानदार आदमी मर जाए और सौ पचास तो छोड़िये दस आदमी भी न शामिल हो तो क्या मै उस आदमी को कमीना मान लूं और इस शोकयात्रा को भी फ्लाप या हिट शो मानने की कवायद में जुट जाऊं ?

Very few can dare to ignore the fact that Islamic radicals have turned the world into hell. Even small children can feel that outside world is no longer safe -the bombs have been planted everywhere. Now Muslims must face the truth. It’s time for them to get real.

I know very well that Islam does contain some better standards of living. However, some inherent contradictions in the Islamic precepts have given rise to misguided followers right from the arrival of Islam on earth. It has gone to the heads of Islamic radicals that ”Only Allah is Supreme God” and all those who don’t fall within the line of Islamic ideology need to be wiped out. That in their eyes is essential for establishment of Shariat governed world. There is nothing wrong in expanding the cause of religion but when one starts assuming that one’s religion is superior than others, it leads to rise of distorted forces. Today, these negative forces are ruling the Islamic world and playing havoc with the lives of non-followers. Sadly, they are more powerful than positive forces in Islam.
Today, not only the metros but even small cities of India are in the grip of Islamic radicals. Ayodhya, Varanasi, Jaipur, Ahmadabad , Surat, Coimbatore -the list is endless. How can a conscious observer ignore these threatening developments? I am not secular enough to turn a blind eye to the dangerous mindsets of the Jihadis. Prophet Muhammad may have delivered sound teachings but most of his followers have come out with sinister interpretations of His teachings. Probably, that’s why bloodshed has been the key element governing its affairs right from its arrival. And the modern world seems to be no exception! It’s time for Muslims to see things in perspective.There is no point in sticking to illusions of the medieval times. It’s time to borrow better things from the past to provide a better world to future generations. Bombs and swords should not be used to promote the cause of religion or, for that matter, Islamic precepts.
Let’s try to understand, why the growth of Muslim societies amid other societies lead to bitter unrest and conflict.Why the Muslim societies are in direct conflict with other societies comprising of non-Islamic people? Recently, I read a brilliant article dealing with nuisance created by the Muslim societies as they expand and grow with time.

I have never been sympathetic to causes supported by Narendra Modi. I have never been great admirer of this man, who has now become a key figure in national political landscape of this nation. That’s because extremism of any form or aggressive ideologies never appeal to my instincts. However, it’s highly interesting to analyze the drama of protest and opposition played in his name. His opposition by secular parties of this nation reveals what really constitutes the art of dirty politics. It lets you know how someone’s past is distorted to serve one’s vested interests, how some parties have crossed all limits to paint someone in wrong colours! This man responsible for phenomenal progress in Gujarat is best remembered for riots of Gujarat. That’s so evident the way his adversaries start accusing him of riots whenever something significant flows from his side. Anyway, it’s really unbelievable that a state can achieve such a progress rate when it’s having snake-mongoose type relationship with the Centre. This development story cannot be taken lightly.
I give high rating to this man, treat him worthy of respect, on grounds that his vision is progressive and development oriented. He has the uncanny ability to call a spade a spade in times when speaking in equivocal manner has become order of the day. Mind you ability to speak in clear terms cannot be gained by people in league with cheaper orientations. One has to be man of principles to sound honest. One cannot engage in deeper reflection unless one has got one’s imagination in right place.
Take for instance controversial equations governing relationship of Hindus with Muslims. Take into consideration the policies unleashed by Congress regimes since India attained freedom. It played the most dirty games all in the name of restoring secular values. As a result of such divisive policies, the nation saw many terrible riots. Have a look at this video. It’s quite revealing! It reveals who is the real culprit and who are the ones really responsible for distorting the face of this nation all in the name of serving the minorities. So what should be the line of action-the vision- to ensure progress in this nation? Should it be that some incompetent people be placed in high positions just because they happen to represent a particular religion?

मुझे ये समझने में खासी दिक्कत होती है कि हमारे जो थोड़े सुलझे हुए नेता बचे है वो क्यों ओछी और बचकानी हरकतों पे उतर आते है? ये श्रेय और प्रेय का भेद उन्हें क्यों नहीं समझ में आता जब वे गद्दी पे बैठते है? क्रिकेट के सबसे लुच्चे देशी संस्करण आईपीएल में कोलकाता नाइटराइडर्स की जीत को सरकारी जश्न समारोह में तब्दील करना कितना जरूरी था? क्या आईपीएल की हकीकत लोगो को मालूम नहीं? ललित मोदी और लेखक से राजनेता बने शशि थरूर ने अपना सब कुछ खोया इसी आईपीएल में मौजूद खतरनाक तत्त्वों के चलते जिसमे मुनाफे के गणित के खातिर हर घिनौनी हरकत हो सकती है. सही बात है आज पैसा सब कुछ है. यही खिलाडी जब राष्ट्रीय टीम में खेलते है तो हज़ार बहाने बनाते है ख़राब परफार्मेंस के लिए मगर जब कार्पोरेट जगत के मठाधीशो के लिए बोली में बिक कर इनके टीमो के लिए खेलते है तो “कोरबो लोड़बो जीतबो रे” के आलावा कुछ नहीं सूझता क्योकि कुछ तो मालिको का क्रूर दबाव रहता है और फिर पैसो का नशा तो है ही.
इसके पहले मै इस सरकारी पैसे के दुरुपयोग के बारे में कुछ कहू ये जान लेना बेहतर रहेगा कि कैसे कैसे हादसे, किन तत्त्वों से इस संस्करण का देशी संस्करण तैयार हुआ है. अभी अभी प्राप्त एक खबर के अनुसार कोलकाता नाइटराइडर्स के लिए किसी वक़्त खेले पाकिस्तानी क्रिकेटर उमर गुल के भाई के खतरनाक आतंकवादियों के संपर्क में रहने के सबूत मिले है. ये सब को पता है कि जब पूरा देश पाकिस्तानी क्रिकेटरों को आईपीएल में ना शामिल करने का पक्षधर था खंडित व्यक्तित्व के मालिक शाहरुख़ खान ने सबसे ज्यादा पाकिस्तानी रूख का पक्ष लिया था. इतना ही नहीं इनके लिए बाढ़ पीडितो के पक्ष में पाकिस्तानी चैनल के द्वारा प्रायोजित एक कार्यक्रम भी करके चले आये जबकि पूरा देश २६/११ को हुए हमलो पर अपना शोक प्रकट कर रहा था. इतना अत्यधिक प्रेम उमड़ा पाकिस्तान के लिए कि देश में व्याप्त शोक की लहर की उपेक्षा करना इन्होने जरूरी समझा. इस समारोह से सरकारी खजाने को हुए नुकसान की भरपाई कैसे होगी ये तो राम जाने पर खबर ये आई है कि शाहरुख़ करीब तीस करोड़ रुपये एक फुटबाल क्लब में लगाने वाले है. तो ये है स्पोर्ट्स का धंधे में तेज़ी से रूपांतरण और साथ में विकृत होती हमारी मानसिकता.
एक टीवी चैनल के स्टिंग ऑपरेशन के बाद आईपीएल के पांच खिलाड़ियों टी.पी सुधीन्द्र (डेक्कन चार्जर्स), मोहनिश मिश्रा (पुणे वॉरियर्स), अमित यादव (किंग्स इलेवन पंजाब), शलभ श्रीवास्तव (किंग्स इलेवन पंजाब) और प्रथमश्रेणी क्रिकेटर अभिनव बाली को स्पॉट फिक्सिंग में लिप्त पाए जाने के सबूत मिलने के बाद इन पांचो खिलाड़ियों को निलम्बित कर दिया गया है. इस मामले में अब उच्च स्तर की जांच चल रही है। अब आते है कोलकाता में हुए जश्न पर. इस भव्य जश्न में लगभग ४५ लाख रुपये के करीब खर्च हुए जिसमे करीब २५ सोने की चैन, मेडल्स इत्यादि बटे. बहुत संभव था इससें ज्यादा भी खर्च हो सकता था अगर ममता दीदी ने पश्चिम बंगाल की गरीबी का रोना ना रोया होता कि हम तो बहुत गरीब प्रदेश है सिर्फ आशीर्वाद के आलावा हम क्या दे सकते है! ये समारोह कार्य दिवस के दिन हुआ महीने के अंत में जब सभी कार्यालयों में जरूरी काम काज निबटाएं जाते है लेकिन इडेन गार्डेन पहुचने की अफरा तफरी में एक तरह का अघोषित अवकाश सा हो गया और इस तरह गरीब प्रदेश थोडा और गरीब हो चला करोडो के नुकसान के साथ. वैसे भी बंद प्रिय ये प्रदेश दो लाख करोड़ के लगभग के कर्ज अदायगी के भंवर में फंसा हुआ है. वैसे कितनी जागरूक जनता है बंगाल कि एक फालतू टूर्नामेंट के जश्न समारोह में भारी संख्या में उमड़ पड़ी. ममता बनर्जी जिनके पास एक अच्छी सोच है का बयान तो और हास्यास्पद है कि केकेआर की जीत दुनिया की जीत के बराबर है.
ममता दीदी ने ये समझने की कोशिश जरा भी नहीं कि ऐसी दोयम दर्जे की जीत कोई मायने नहीं रखती. क्या महत्व है इस तरह के आयोजन का? इसको बंगाल के लोगो की जीत के रूप में किस तरह देखा जा रहा है जबकि कैप्टन से लेकर जैक कालिस या अन्य खिलाडी जैसे मनोज तिवारी वगैरह का बंगाल से कुछ लेना देना नहीं है. ये बहुत तकलीफदेह है कि बंगाल की विजय हजारे ट्राफी में जीत जो कि वाकई बंगाल की जीत कही जा सकती थी को बिल्कुल भी सम्मान के लायक नहीं समझा गया. इसी से समझ में आ जाता है कि ये देश विकास के नाम पे किस दिशा में चला जा रहा है. इस तरह के टूर्नामेंट जो क्रिकेट के गौरवमयी इतिहास में एक भद्दा दाग है जिसमे अय्याशी, बदतमीज़ी (शाहरुख़ खान का वानखेड़े मैदान में तमाशा याद करे) आदि तत्वों का समावेश है को हम किस तरह से सरकारी आयोजन का हिस्सा बना सकते है जिसमे गरीब जनता का पैसा पानी की तरह बहाया गया?
क्रिकेट से मुझे आपत्ति नहीं. ये भी एक खेल है मगर जब खेल एक खेल ना होकर महज तमाशा बन जाए तो हर खेल प्रेमी को तकलीफ होगी. ये समझने की कोशिश करे कि अगर एक गरीब आदमी को पैसो की जरुरत पड़े तो सरकारी मशीनरी तमाम तरह के पेंच लगा देंगी और यदि दे भी दिया भूल से तो इस तरह वसूलेंगी कि ना दे पाने की स्थिति में कर्जदार बेचारा आत्महत्या कर ले. इधर देखिये बॉलीवुड के सितारे जिनमे से ज्यादातर टैक्स चोर है और माफिया से सम्बन्ध रखने वाले है उन पर पैसा बहाने के लिए सरकार के पास कितना धन है गरीबी का रोना रोने के बावजूद.
हम वाकई महान देश में रहते है. मुझे अपने मित्र रवि हूडा जी की बात बहुत सटीक जान पड़ती है:” आईपीएल बस कुछ कंपनियों के उत्पाद बेचने के लिए नंग्नता और व्याभिचार का प्रदर्शन मात्र है. आज हर सुख सुविधा का साधन होने के बावजूद भी हम मानसिक रूप से अपंग हैं. वह ही देखते हैं और करते हैं जो लालची व्यवसायी चाहते हैं. किसी गरीब कन्या के विवाह के लिए या किसी अनाथ बालक के भरण पोषण के लिए हमारी जेब से १०० रूपये नहीं निकलते परन्तु आईपीएल या फार्मूला वन की प्रथम पंक्ति में बैठने के लिए हज़ारों रूपये व्यर्थ व्यय करते हैं ! अवश्य ही हमारी युवा पीढ़ी को भटकाने और भ्रमित करने का कोई गहरा षड्यंत्र है.”
ये है युवाओ के आदर्श बदतमीजी में लिप्त!

I got a terrible personal message from a source based in Pakistan which asked me to highlight the plight of innocent Hindu girls in Pakistan. I was shocked on reading the content of message. It narrated in detail how Hindu girls are being abducted in Sindh Province of Pakistan and are being forced to convert into Muslims so that they can marry local Muslim boys. I came to verify the content of the message to be doubly assured about its authenticity. The chilling story of atrocities committed upon innocent Hindu girls was, indeed, true.
It’s really shocking that both right wing politicians who miss no opportunity to make noise on the case of Hindus rarely made that much noise on trials and tribulations suffered by our Hindu sisters and brothers in Pakistan. That’s because it would not translate into Hindu votes. The same can be said about secular parties. They shed loads of tears on hearing real and imaginary tales of sufferings of minorities (read Muslims), both in India and foreign landscape, but for them Hindus in Pakistan do not deserve the minority tag. Reason? They are not Muslims and Christians and , above all, talking about them is not politically correct vote-wise.
Let me state the incident highlighted in that personal message. It talked about Rinkal Kumari who was allegedly kidnapped in February in Mirpur Mathelo when she was on her way to home after attending the college. She was forced to convert to Islam and , subsequently, got married off with a Muslim boy, Naveed Shah. The police came to register the case only after much hue and cry raised by the relatives. After all, it involved Mian Mithoo, an influential MNA related with Pakistan People’s Party which happens to be the ruling party in Pakistan. It’s learnt that Mian Mithoo is infamous for forced conversions in Sindh, which had a good track record in past in honouring the religious beliefs of the minorities. Of late, it has been hit by onslaught of extremist parties who are committing barbaric crimes targeted at minorities living there. The Pakistan Sikh Youth Council (PSYC) believes that in recent past as many as 20 Hindu girls have been forced by Mia Mithoo to get converted to Islam.
Anyway, in this case, the unidentified sources revealed that girl Rikal Kumari, now Faryal Bibi, when testified in one of the local courts, revealing her sufferings, she was reportedly slapped by Mian Mithoo and threatened with dire consequences. Now the matter has reached to High Court and the latest development reveals that she has been sent to a shelter home till March 26 on the directive of Justice Shahid Anwar of Sindh High Court (SHC). The Sindh province has given to huge protests by religious minorities who are in rebellious mood against series of forced conversions and other serious crimes committed against them.
A prominent Pakistani newspaper reports that within past few months four Hindu girls Lata Kumari, Karachi, Rinkal Kumari, Mirpur Mathelo, Aamna Kohli, Tando Bago, and Aasha Kumari, Jacobabad, have been kidnapped and converted to Islam. One should not forget that religious minorities, especially the Hindus and Sikhs, have played a great role in shaping the growth of Sindh Provice. Now they are forced to live like refugees in their own land and that has made many of the families to shift to some safe place, which, at least, provide safer future for their girls. Ironically, Rinkal Kumari was already married but she was still asked to convert at gunpoint.
It needs to be stated that in year 1951 the percentage of Hindus was 22% in Pakistan’s population. In year 1998, the percentage of Hindus drastically got reduced to mere 1.7 percent. One of the primary reasons has been forced conversions, animal treatment and heinous crimes committed against them. It’s really stunning that International Human Rights Commission(IHRC) which is so much bothered about fictitious violation of human rights of minorities in India, especially in Kashmir, and Amnesty International which loves to take note of happenings in India remained a mute spectator. They did not even bother to shed crocodile tears as they come to do in case of plight of Kashmiri Pandits! Anyway, it’s time for them to prove that they exist for real cases too!
It’s time for them to intervene and direct the Pakistan government to take note of the plight of minorities reeling under unspeakable situations. Not only Hindus but Sikhs and Buddhists have also declined in number. It’s also a wake up call for Indian government that if it bothers so much about the minorities in its own land, it should not remain ignorant about the state of minorities in other lands. Let’s protect the Hindu people. Let’s save honour of Rinkal Kumaris. Let’s save the dignity of religious minorities in Pakisan- the home of dangerous extremists.
